Dr. Modungwa has over 30 years of experience and her distinguished career crosses a spectrum of business, mental health, psychiatric studies, clinical work and related academic studies.
She has fulfilled diverse roles over the years as a notable corporate board member, mental health practitioner and social scientist. Her multi-dimensional roles and experience include that of a university lecturer, board member of Mental Health Review Boards, designing and implementing total wellbeing programmes in the workplace. Her ACE model for modeling and driving change has brought her national and global accolades. This model has been operationalised and adapted for neuroscience by NBI for easy application for any organisation or individual.
Extensive experience in psychiatric institutes (ex-Chairman Sterkfontein Psychiatric Hospital) also gave her unique insights into troubled corporate minds who found themselves in conflict with the justice system. She has invaluable experience in all facets of organisational health: physical, mental and spiritual. These she sees as a cohesive whole for optimum performance in the work place or in private life.
Four degrees and a doctorate later, she consistently uses neuroscience and its varied applications in all her programmes and is an authority on diverse research methods. She now also serves on the Provincial Health Professions Advisory Committee. As a previous mayoress of Mafikeng, she has always driven high personal standards of community care, giving generously of her time and her own pocket to help needy people.
We look forward to hearing from you!
